The Travis tool is one of my favorite trail-building and maintenance tools. We use them at all of our Dig Days and on our Trail Pods. They are easy to use and easy to carry. Thanks

The Travis Tool is my new go-to for trail maintenance. Unless I know I'm going to need a Pulaski or Hazel Hoe, it's what we take. Cuts all but the biggest roots, functions like a fire rake, and loosens compacted soil with the small point. Tough enough to lever out head-sized rocks without breaking the handle. If you add a handsaw and pruners, you can handle all but the biggest trail problems.
